Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos if the items are damaged or incorrect.

  Approval & Labeling

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
