How long does shipping take within Australia?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, generally taking 3-5 business days for metro areas and up to 7-10 business days for regional Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial farms?
Yes, we provide tiered pricing and bulk discounts for large volume orders. Please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote on pallet quantities.
Are your egg cartons recyclable or compostable?
Most of our egg cartons are made from 100% recycled paper pulp and are fully biodegradable and compostable. Our plastic options are made from high-quality PET and are widely recyclable.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large commercial orders, we can also arrange payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
